contact will be made to arrange an alternative option.
Items will not be automatically substituted without
buyer permission.
All names for custom options will be used as given,
please ensure correct spelling. Single or hyphenated
surnames only.
Sizing samples will be available, final sale on sizing.
Products are true to size and in most cases pre-shrunk
ringspun.
In case of any garment defects or apparel issues,
please let me know as I will fix, repair or replace.
Orders will proceed with full payment. Please allow for
up to three weeks production time from date of payment
and plan accordingly with payment/orders for a required
deadline.
10% Rush fee will apply if orders are paid late for a
specific deadline requirement within the three week limit.
Three weeks is below industry turnaround time.
